Stefania Mancini
Master Dance Teacher '25
Stefania Mancini has been a professional dancer with the Thüringer Staatsballett since 2011. After completing her academic studies in Italy, she continued her education at Palucca University of Dance Dresden, where in 2025 she earned her Master’s degree in Dance Teaching.
Her stage experience includes collaborations with Nanine Linning, Ihsan Rustem, Nils Christe, and Stephan Thoss, as well as performances of works by Mats Ek, Thierry Malandain, Alexander Ekman and Edward Clug, all of which have enriched her versatility and artistic voice.
The Master’s program at Palucca University of Dance Dresden deepened her artistic perspective and provided her with essential pedagogical tools, from dance medicine to communication strategies, enabling her to share her experience and passion with the next generation of dance artists with depth and clarity.
Alongside her stage career, Stefania regularly teaches children, teenagers, adults, and professionals, and she also leads inclusive workshops for people with additional support needs. This ongoing work with diverse age groups and backgrounds keeps her teaching approach dynamic and responsive.
For her, teaching is a long-term mission, guided by openness, clear communication, and attention to the physical and mental well-being of each dancer.
